Project BLU | Ottawa Robotics Competition

Project BLU

The objective of the new Project BLU (Bluetooth Logistical Unit) Challenge is to use Bluetooth technology to communicate between two LEGO Mindstorms EV3 robots. Our aim is to allow students to use this previously unexplored feature and integrate it into their programming.

Please note that the squares for this challenge will always be at the end of the arena. However, the colour pattern can change. The maximum width of your robot will be 8 inches instead of 7 inches. The rules will be updated early May to reflect these changes.

Please note that only teams with EV3 bricks are allowed to participate in this challenge. Depending on the number of teams who participate in this challenge, this challenge may become a pilot challenge (i.e. no prize).
